Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Products with broken hygiene seals.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or free gift items.
- Final sale or clearance items (where indicated).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item,
- A defective product,
- The wrong product,
- Or an item missing from your order,
please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Wait for return authorization before sending your package.
- Ship the approved return to the return address provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the return is the result of our error or a defective or damaged product, The Skin Care will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your original return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the product qualifies under this policy.
International Orders

- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

After your refund has been approved:
- Processing by The Skin Care: 1–3 business days.
- Processing by your payment provider: typically 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
